⚖️ Is there a weight limit for the rides?
Yes — we have different-sized rides for children as young as 2 years old to adults, and weight restrictions range from 20 kg for smaller rides to as high as 150 kg for larger rides.
🛑 Are there safety rules for using the rides?
Yes — safety is very important to us.
Please follow these simple rules:
- Riders must stay seated while the animal is moving.
- No racing, bumping, or horseplay.
- Keep rides on flat, dry, even surfaces only.
- No food, drinks, gum, or confetti near the rides.
- No smoking, BBQs, or open flames near the ride area.
- Animals are not to be used in rain, snow, or extreme weather conditions.
- Pets should be kept leashed and away from the ride area.

📝 Do parents need to sign a waiver?
Yes. For safety reasons, parents or guardians must sign a waiver for all minors under 18 before they can participate. Wavier will be signed before riding the animals.
🕒 How long is a typical ride?
Each ride session is a minimum of 10 minutes during an open event and about minimum of 2 hours for party events. But you’re welcome to purchase additional rides if space allows.
💸 How much does it cost to rent the rides?
Prices vary based on the event, number of rides, and duration.
